The principle of rhythm is one of the fundamental principles in metaphysics and natural law. It states that everything in the universe operates in a rhythm or a cycle of ups and downs, expansions and contractions, and periodic patterns of movement and change. This principle suggests that there are rhythmic fluctuations and patterns in all aspects of life and existence.

The Principle of Rhythm

Cyclical Nature

The principle of rhythm recognizes that life is characterized by cycles and rhythms. These cycles can be observed in the natural world, such as the changing seasons, the rise and fall of tides, the cycles of day and night, and the cycles of birth, growth, decay, and renewal.

Ebb and Flow

The principle of rhythm acknowledges that there are alternating phases of expansion and contraction, activity and rest, light and darkness. These rhythmic fluctuations can be observed in various areas of life, including emotions, relationships, creativity, and personal growth.

Law of Pendulum

The principle of rhythm is often associated with the metaphor of a pendulum swinging back and forth. It suggests that when something reaches an extreme point in one direction, it inevitably swings back in the opposite direction. This oscillation between extremes creates a balance and allows for a broader perspective and understanding.

Adaptation and Resilience

Understanding the principle of rhythm can help us adapt to the natural cycles and changes in life. By recognizing that challenging times are temporary and that change is inevitable, we can cultivate resilience and navigate through the ups and downs with greater ease and acceptance.

Harmonizing with Rhythm

The principle of rhythm invites us to align ourselves with the natural rhythms of life. By embracing the rhythm of life, we can flow with the changes, make the most of favorable conditions, and find peace and balance in the midst of transitions.

Here’s an example:

When you think of the planet Saturn you might label him a disciplinary father who challenges you — often making things harder and filled with hard work. 

But we can help SATURN become a better version of himself just by working with our own internal Saturn. 

For example:

My sun sign is Capricorn, which is ruled by Saturn. Deep in my bones, I am a builder — a get crap done kinda gal. 

But before I reprogrammed my subconscious mind, I was a raging workaholic. I let Saturn rule me, instead of me working with his energy. 

I’ve now become besties with Saturn and am able to achieve my goals without the 3rd dimensional side effects which often includes feeling overwhelmed, underappreciated, and exhausted. 

Just by working with inner Saturn in a more healthy way, I stopped being motivated by Saturn and instead, used his wisdom to “step up me game.”

Things like adding systems to my daily work day and hiring some people to help me be better at what i do.

I no longer see Saturn as a tyrant or slave worker lol — instead, he’s become a part of me that has helped me be a better leader. Truly grateful for the work I have done with him. 

The reason I share all this is because there are external celestial bodies that are running your show right now, only because you might be unaware of the internal celestial bodies that hold just as much power — if you give them a microphone and listen.
