What is Cognitive Dissonance?
Cognitive dissonance refers to the psychological discomfort that arises when a person holds conflicting beliefs, attitudes, or values, or when their behavior contradicts their beliefs or values. It is an internal conflict that occurs when there is inconsistency or incongruity between different cognitions.
Mind control, on the other hand, typically refers to a process where individuals or groups manipulate or influence the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors of others. It often involves tactics aimed at altering or controlling a person's perception, decision-making, and autonomy.

While cognitive dissonance and mind control are distinct concepts, they can be related in certain contexts. In cases of mind control, manipulators may exploit cognitive dissonance to further control or influence individuals. By creating and intensifying conflicting beliefs or values within a person, manipulators can exert influence over their thoughts and actions, making it easier to manipulate their behavior or beliefs.
In this episode we will discuss the power behind congruency, what it is and how to assure you are. We will also discuss the differences between cognitive dissonance, judgement, and hypocrisy as it pertains to congruency.
Walking the path of congruency is a journey within and when you are able to spot incongruencies without judgement, you will open a new portal within yourself where information -- whether true or false is valuable. Information is never good or bad; it simply is.

But WHY does it matter? What’s the real reason we should strive to be congruent?
Congruency helps to strengthen your Divine Will. Your Divine Will acts as a barometer for the strength of your antenna’s signal. Think about the 1950’s when television was just making its way into the households.
YOUR ANTENNA
The rabbit ears were the antenna that determines how well the picture would show up for any given channel. The same is true of your antenna.
If you have a weak signal, then the connection between the show and the frequency that allows the picture to show up on your television will be blurry — or worse, it won’t tune in at all. With relationship to your life, this means that anything you desire and want to come into focus or into existence is going to be weak.

How will you attract the things you desire if your connection is weak? The short answer is: you won’t. This is where congruency comes in to save the day.
The more you keep your word, the stronger your signal becomes. The more you keep promises to yourself (and to others), the more powerful the connection between the receiver and your desire. Just because you can’t see it with your human eyes, doesn’t mean it’s not there.
VIBRATION
Vibration and frequency are invisible to the naked eye, but they are felt — anyone can attest to this. Just think about the last time someone gave you bad vibes. They didn’t have to say anything at all, you just felt it. This is the same way your antenna works. You send a signal and it is felt within the quantum field and that signal produces an effect.
PRINCIPLE OF CAUSE & EFFECT
Ever heard of the Law of Attraction? Well, it’s really just one of the Hermetic Principles, known as the Law of Cause and Effect. Your signal creates the cause and the strength of your connection generates the cause. If you are constantly incongruent, meaning you say one thing and do another, or you lie and feel shameful, or you’re guilty or feel bad about something all this gets translated via your signal.
The bottom line is congruency strengthens your Divine Will. The stronger your Divine Will, the more magnetic your signal becomes.
