The Law of Assumption is a metaphysical principle that states your assumptions—what you believe to be true about yourself and the world—shape your reality. The Law of Assumption was popularized by mystic and teacher Neville Goddard in the mid-20th century. Goddard taught that imagination and belief are the keys to creating your desired reality. While this concept has roots in ancient spiritual teachings that emphasize the power of thought and belief, Goddard uniquely framed it as a practical tool for manifestation.
