The principle of Mentalism is one of the seven principles of Hermetic philosophy, which originated from the ancient wisdom tradition known as Hermetism. It states that "All is Mind" and asserts that the fundamental nature of reality is rooted in consciousness or mind.

According to the principle of Mentalism, the universe and everything within it are ultimately manifestations of the universal mind or divine consciousness. It suggests that the external world and the experiences we perceive are a product of the mental realm.
This principle implies that thoughts, beliefs, and intentions have a significant impact on our reality. It emphasizes the power of the mind in shaping our experiences and influencing the outcomes we manifest. It suggests that by understanding and harnessing the power of our thoughts, we can consciously create and transform our lives.
The principle of Mentalism does not deny the existence of a physical reality, but it highlights the idea that our perception and interpretation of reality are strongly influenced by our mental processes and consciousness. It invites individuals to explore the depths of their own minds and recognize the role of their thoughts in shaping their experiences.
